老龄化社会中城乡结合带开发利用途径初探

随着城市的发展，在城市土地集约化利用基础上扩大城市空间规模势在必行。城乡结合带作为城区的最近外围圈，将在城市的扩张中首先被利用，它的开发和利用是城市进一步发展的基础。文章针对当前越来越突出的人口老龄化问题，提出在城乡结合带规划建设老年型居住区的设想，以期达到合理利用的目的，从而适应社会发展的需求。

Preliminary Discussion on the Exploitation and Utility of Urban-Rural Fringe for the Aged People

With the development of cities, the expansion of urban space, which is based on the intensive use of land, is an inevitable bend. Because the urban-rural hinge is the most adjacent to the city, it will be exploited first during the process, which is the basement of further development of the city. Aiming at more and more people getting older, this paper gives opinions to plan and construct community for the old people in the urban-rural fringe to utilize the land rationally and meet the social demand.
