| 摘 要： | 设计了一种自动分切理牌机,将原压痕与人工分理工序合为一体,提出扑克牌分理按纸张横向刻痕,纵向分条,有序叠成一条,再次序撕理成付工艺,突破了传统机型。采用电磁吸力作纸张90°转向的正压力,观察人工撕理扑克牌纸张受力状态,设计纸张受扭拉共同作用机构,纸张叠条撕理成副。提高了生产效率。图7参10

| Abstract: | The automatic cutting sorting cards machine combines indentation and human sorting as one step. It was brought up that poker to be cutted and sorted by its transverse creases,longitudinally itemized,and fold to be one piece following the order,and then cutted to be one pack. It breakthough the traditional machine model. It takes magnetic attraction as the positive pressure which makes the paper have a 90° turn. By observing the stress state of the sorting and ripping cards,designed paper twisted-pulled intuaelive structure,used in paper fold and cut to be a pack. As a result,it improves the working efficiency. |
