文丘里湿式除尘器改造方案的研究与探讨

摘    要:为确保锅炉粉尘排放达到国家环保标准,针对文丘里湿式除尘器效率低的问题,在研究各类除尘器改造方案的基础上,提出文丘里水膜除尘器串联电除尘器的改造方案,并进行了详细论证。该方案的实施能够显著提高除尘效率,有助于除尘和简易烟气脱硫的集成化,从而实现电厂排烟中污染物排放的全面达标。

Abstract:In order to ensure the dust emission from boiler reaching the standard of environmental protection,on the basis of research upon various transformation scheme for dust removers,a transformation scheme of Venturi wet dust collector in series with electrostatic precipitator is put forward and demonstrated in detail towards the solution for low efficiency problem of Venturi wet collectors.The implementation of scheme can improve the dust collection efficiency remarkably,contribute to the integration of dust collection with simple gas desulfuri-zation,and achieve the qualification of pullutant emission for flue gas in power plants.
