DG2070/17.5-Ⅱ6型锅炉受热面改造技术研究

摘    要:针对DG2070/17.5-Ⅱ6型亚临界自然循环锅炉存在的过热器、再热器减温水量严重超标,严重影响机组安全性和经济性的问题,从其尾部受热面的结构特性分析出发,提出了适当减少低温过热器和低温再热器受热面面积,增加省煤器受热面面积的可行性改造方案,并在某电厂的机组上进行了具体实施,从改造效果来看,过热器和再热器的减温水量大幅度减少,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:To decrease the extra large amount of desuperheating water in the superheaters and reheaters of the subcritical natural-circulating boiler of the Model DG2070/17.5-Ⅱ6 which severely affects the security and economics of the unit, a feasible plan is put forward based on the analysis on the structural characteristics of the heat recovery surfaces, which includes reducing the heating area of the low-temperature superheaters and the low-temperature reheaters, and increasing the heating area of the economizer adequately. The plan is put into practice at a power plant, which indicates that the amount of the desuperheating water in the superheaters and the reheaters is decreased by a big margin with the security and economics of the boilers being improved.
