形变渗氮08F钢冲击断裂表面不同方向的分形分析

摘    要:本文利用垂直截面法测量了08F钢经不同形变渗氮复合处理后冲击断裂表面的分形维数。试验结果表明,材料的冲击能AK和断裂表面的分形维数DF均随形变量的增加而增大,且变化规律也十分相似,冲击断口T、S两方向上的分形维数DT和DS均与冲击能的对数lnAK之间呈正变化的线性关系,且Ds〉Dr。

Abstract:The fractional dimension of impact fractured surfaces of 08Al steel after deform-nitriding were measured by vertical section method.The results show that the larger the degree of prior deformation,the higher the fractional dimension Df and the impact energy Ak.A positive linear corelation between Ln Ak and the fractional dimensions include DT which along the direction of crack propagation and DS which perpendicular to the direction of crack propagation propagation is obtained, and ,Ds>DT.The reason why the fractional DS>DT is discussed
