摘    要:在分析CAT966E型轮工装载机辅助转向系统工作原理的基础上,建立了该转向系统的数学模型,并进行仿真分析和试验考证。结果表明,在正常工况下,发动机转速及外负载的变化对转向系统的流量影响不大,好辅助转向系统可使转向系统获得较稳定的流量,具有优良的转向性能。

Abstract:Mathematical model is established on the basis of analyzing the working principle of auxiliary steering system on wheel loader model 966E. Emulation analysis and test verification are conducted. It is concluded that the change of engine speed and external load have little influence on the flow rate of steering system under normal working situation, that is, auxiliary steering system stable flow rate and excellent steering performance can be obtained in steering system.
