大孔树脂分离纯化栀子蓝色素的研究

摘    要:研究几种大孔吸附树脂和离子交换树脂对栀子蓝色素的静态吸附特性,筛选出一种吸附性能较好的树脂,并应用柱层析进行栀子蓝色素的分离纯化研究。结果表明:D301离子交换树脂对栀子蓝色素的静态吸附率达到96.3%,柱层析饱和吸附后用1.0mol/L盐酸洗脱,洗脱率达到82.25%,洗脱液经低温干燥得到的栀子蓝色素色价E11c%m(590nm)达57.49

Abstract:The D301 ion exchange resin was selected for isolating and purifying gardenia blue pigment and the elements of absorption were investigated in this paper. Experiment showed: the absorption rate of D301 is 96.3%, and the temperature has little effect on absorption. We used 1.0mol/L HCl as washout solvent, the washout rate is 82.25%.
