我国闸门结构可靠度分析的现状

摘    要:从荷载和抗力的统计分析、可靠度计算、闸门设计规范的校准、可靠度设计表达式和分项系数的确定等方面,对可靠度理论在我国闸门结构设计中的应用进行了较为系统的总结和讨论。针对我国闸门结构可靠度分析中存在的问题,提出相应的解决方法。论述了闸门设计规范采用可靠度理论的必要性和可行性,认为我国水利水电工程领域最终会全面应用可靠度理论,将闸门的设计规范修改成按可靠度理论设计宜早不宜晚。

Abstract:The application of the reliability theory to design of hydraulic steel gates in China is summarized and evaluated systemically from aspects of statistical analysis of loads and resistances,reliability calculation,calibration of the hydraulic steel gate design specification,determination of the expression for reliability design and the partical coefficient,etc.In respect to some problems in reliability analysis,some effective methods are presented.Furthermore, the necessity and feasibility for the hydraulic steel gate design specification employing the reliability theory is discussed,and it is drawn that the reliability theory will be widely applied to the whole field of hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering in China,and that the hydraulic steel gate design specification should be revised based on the reliability theory as soon as possible.
