某优势发动机的虚拟喘振传感器研究

摘    要:某优势发动机喘振传感器是该发动机综合电子调节器的重要附件之一,如何虚拟喘振传感器,对发动机喘振试验仿真及综合电子调节器的数字化研究都具有重要意义。通过对某优势发动机喘振传感器的内部机理的研究,准确掌握其特性和功能。然后,依据虚拟仪器技术的原理,从硬件和软件两方面论述了虚拟喘振传感器的设计实现。研究结果表明:虚拟喘振传感器可代替真实传感器的工作,并且具有造价低、试验可靠性高、调整准确度高等优点。

Abstract:The surging sensor of X preponderant aeroengine is one of the most important components of EEC (electronic engine controller),so the research of how to simulate surging sensor is important for the simulation of surging experiment and digital research of EEC.Through the research of inner mechanism of surging sensor for X preponderant aeroengine,it's characteristic and function is mastered.Then,according to the theory of virtual instrument (VI),the design of imaginary sensor is discussed from the aspect of hardware and software.The finding indicates that the imaginary sensor can replace the former surging sensor and it has many advantages such as low cost,high testing reliability,high adjusting accuracy.
