基于MATLAB的齿轮传动最优化设计

摘    要:依据齿轮啮合的工作特性,基于MATLAB平台,针对齿轮传动结构的紧凑性、承载能力及使用寿命的设计目标建立了边界约束条件和数学优化模型,提出利用MATLAB遗传算法及优化工具箱解决齿轮参数优化的方法。经实例验证该方法可靠性好、效率高,与传统的设计方法相比优势明显。

Abstract:The passage is based on the characteristic of the gear mesh and took the tightness of the structure,carrying capacity and the service life of the gear transmission as designing goal established boundary constraints and mathematical model which depends on MATLAB platform,it also has raised such approach which takes advantage of MATLAB genetic algorithm and optimization tool box to solve the parameter optimization of the gear transmission.The example shows that the method is reliability and high efficiency and has an obvious advantage compared to the traditional design methods.
