复合材料用硅烷偶联剂的研究进展

摘    要:本文针对目前复合材料界面改性研究的现状,首先分析了硅烷偶联剂的结构特征,然后对常用硅偶联剂在复合材料中的作用机理进行了探讨。此外,还介绍了新近开发的硅烷偶联剂产品,并论述了它们在玻璃纤维增强材料的应用效果,对复合材料用硅烷偶联剂的选择具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Based on the present research situation of interfacial modification about composite materials,the structure characteristics of silane coupling agents are analysed in this paper,and the action mechanisms of common silane coupling agents used in composite materials are discussed.Besides,the new products of silane coupling agents are also introduced, and their application effects in glass fiber reinforced composite materials are described.The paper has the significance in selecting the silane coupling agents for composite materials.
