| 摘 要： | 介绍了五化灌区水利工程运行半个多世纪以来取得的成就,论述了该灌区因维修配套经费不足、运行管理体制不全、工程设施老化失修、渗漏严重导致无法发挥工程应有的效益等问题。通过深入灌区调查了解,提出了五化灌区今后规划建设的发展思路。

| Abstract: | Based on introduction of the achievements that had been made since the water works in Wuhua Irrigation Zone was put into operation more than 50 years ago,the author presents the problems of present irrigation zone,such as insufficient repair fund,imperfect operation and management system,disrepair of aging engineering facilities,serious seepage affecting the benefits of project.The author also put forward proposals for future planning and construction of Wuhua Irrigation Zone by field investigation. |
