Abstract:The strategy-oriented performance assessment system developed by East China Grid was recommended,as well as the innovative aspects in its implementation.The efforts in learning advanced management concept and methods abroad and combining the current management features of East China Grid to work out a practical and effective performance assessment method were illuminated.
