显示屏色度自动检测平台设计仿真

摘    要:为了提高显示屏色度检测效率,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,设计了一种新型自动检测平台.该系统利用两轴控制系统,实现对显示屏的定点检测.采用反馈解耦控制方法对系统进行解耦控制设计,并且只需通过改变2个参数就能改变系统控制精度,降低了控制设计和维修难度.

Abstract:To enhance the efficiency of the display screen testing and lighten the intensity of the operafors, a new type of automatic testing plant is designed. The system is designed using two-axis structure to achieve fix-point testing of the display screen. Feed-back decoupling method is used in the design of the control ,system, just by changing two parameters of the system, the control precision is improved, so the design and repairing of the control system becomes easier.
