裂解炉炉管开裂失效分析

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司裂解炉进行原料切换停炉检验时,发现炉管泄漏。通过渗透和射线探伤,发现C1-58焊口的直管段开裂,C0-14焊口的掌形管开裂。文章分析了直管对接焊缝开裂和掌形管开裂的原因,并提出了相应的防护措施。

Abstract:The leakage of furnace tube was discovered during the period when switched the feed and stopped the furnace to be checked out and found out that C1-58 welding and a palm C0-14 welding were cracked by penetration and the ray detection in Tianjin Branch Co.In this article an analysis is made on cracking reasons of the straight tube and a palm welding and the relative prevention measure is put forward.
