直流电路触点分离初速度对分断的影响

摘    要:分断电弧的燃弧时间和能量是触点分断过程研究的重要参数,应用自行设计的实验模型,在室温条件下,并在电阻性电路和电感性电路中,测量了金触点的电弧电压和电弧电流波形;运用非线性回归分析的方法,分析了触点分离初速度对触点分断的两具重要参数(液态金属桥存在时间和电弧燃弧时间)的影响;论证了天一定条件下提高触点分离初速度有利于电弧燃弧时间和能量的减少问题,这种影响在电阻性电路中更显著,该结果对于改善触点机构设计,提高触点分断性能具有参才价值。

Abstract:Arc duration and energy of contact breakaway are main parameters for research on contact breakaway. The experimental model designed was used to measure arc voltage and current waveforms of alloyed contact in resistive load circuit and inductive load circuit on the condition of room temperature; the relations between contact breakaway muzzle velocity and two important factors of contact breakaway (liquid metal bridge and arc duration) are analyzed by non linear regression; it was proved that increasing the contact breakaway muzzle velocity is propitious to decreasing energy of liquid metal bridge and arc duration on the definite condition, the effect is more notable in resistive load circuit. The result of this paper can provide the reference to improve the design of contact system and performance of the contact breakaway.
