摘    要:介绍了内置式透平循环压缩机进出口压差密封部件及定位键与外壳间联接结构的改造措施和效果,简述了机组在线状态监控系统的基本功能和应用情况,以及选择转子轴向位移和振动作为状态监控系统主要监测信号的原因。为提高故障诊断的 准确率,需把人工神经网络、基于规则故障诊断和模糊故障诊断三者有机地结合起来,以进一步对故障诊断系统进行改进和完善。

Abstract:The revamp measures and results are presented of the inlet outlet pressure differential sealing parts of a built in turbine circulator and the connection configuration between the positioning key and the case, the basic functions and use are outlined of the on line state monitor system of the machine, and the reasons are given for choosing the axial displacement and vibration of the rotor as the main monitoring signals for the state monitor system. In order to improve the accuracy of trouble diagnosis, it is necessary to combine organically artificial nerve network, trouble diagnosis based on regulation and fuzzy diagnosis, so as to improve further and perfect the trouble diagnosis system.
