| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国房地产估价人员注册制度、估价机构管理制度、业务管理制度、职业道德等方面和国外的差距,指出我国房地产估价行业完善的途径,如:从管理估价机构为主转向管理估价师为主、房地产估价立法、估价规范立法、提升入行门槛、建立评估复审制度、评估保险制度等。

| Abstract: | the paper analyzed the disparity between china and foreign countries in the appraisal industry,such as registration,management of appraisal company,operation control,professional ethics and etc.the author pointed out the development tragedy of appraisal company,for example,manage the the appraisers instead of manage the assessment conmpany,accelerate legislation of assessment,upgrade the threshold of appraisal ndustry,set up the recheck institution,build up the insurance scheme in appraisal industry. |
