| Abstract: | A method was developed for the determination of 18 phthalic acid esters in sugar by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The sugar samples were extracted with ultrasonic methanol and redissolved with n-hexane after concentration.The results were determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,multi-reaction monitoring mode(MRM)scanning,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the linear range of the 18 phthalic acid esters was 0.01~0.2 mg/L(r2>0.997),and the detection limits were 0.0003~0.0029 mg/kg.The recoveries were 82.4%~104.3%with the relative standard deviations of 1.3%~5.6%(n=6)when 18 kinds of phthalic acid esters standard solutions were added to the samples of 0.02,0.05 and 0.1 mg/kg.This method can be used for the rapid and accurate determination of 18 phthalic acid esters in sugar. |
