基于Pro/E的参数化渐开线锥齿轮设计

创建了一个由用户参数通过关系式控制的渐开线锥齿轮模型。通过编程的方法将参数转化为输入提示,只要用户按提示输入相关参数,系统会马上生成符合要求的新的锥齿轮。这种设计方法存储了整个设计过程,使工程技术人员可以通过变动某些约束参数而不必改动元件设计的全过程来更新设计,这种设计方法的编辑、修改等很容易实现,大大地简化了产品设计的过程。

Parametrization Design of Involutes Bevel Gear Based on Pro/E

This article founded the involutes bevel gear model which was controled through the relationship by user's parameter.The parameter transforms input prompt through programming method,the system will produce conforms to the request new involutes bevel gear immediately so long as the user input correlation parameter according to the prompt.This kind of design method has stored the whole design process,so the engineers and technicians renew the design through changing some restraint parameters instead of modifying the entire process of the part design. It is very easy to realize the edition and modification and so on of this design method.This method simplified the product design process greatly.
