高职院校学生党员素质的提升路径

当前,高职院校学生党员在入党动机、党员意识、模范作用的发挥等方面存在着一些问题,而学生党员的素质高低将直接影响整个高职教育人才的素质。因此,高职院校基层党务工作者必须充分利用网络媒介,引导学生端正入党动机;创新教育形式,增强学生党员意识;拓展实践渠道,实施量化考核,促进学生党员的先锋模范作用的发挥。

Strategies on Improving Higher Vocational College Student Party Members' Quality

Currently,there are some problems in student Party members＇ motivation,consciousness and exemplary role in higher vocational colleges. The quality of student Party members will directly affect the quality of talents in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational Party workers should guide students to correct their motivation of joining the Party with network medium; enhance the awareness of being Party members by innovating eduction forms; and bring the exemplary role of Party members into full play by expanding practice channels and carrying out quantitative assessment.
