| 摘 要： | 从学生个体的认知训练出发,分析高职艺术创业生的压力源,结合心流理论、合理情绪理论、艾森豪威尔法则等心理学理论,从积极心态、情绪管理、时间管理、自我训练、社会支持等方面出发,构建积极合理的压力管理模式,为高职创业艺术生人才培养服务。

| Abstract: | From individual student＇s cognitive training,this paper analyzes the reason of art entrepreneur＇s pressure. Combined with flow theory,rational emotive theory and Eisenhower theory,it is suggested to actively establish a reasonable pressure management mode from aspects of positive attitude,emotional management,time management,self training,social support,etc,so that to serve for higher vocational college art entrepreneurs. |
