地方高校毕业生就业胜任力研究

摘    要:地方高校毕业生就业难是我国目前较为突出的社会问题。通过行为事件访谈法对地方高校毕业生职业胜任力进行研究发现,专业知识、适应能力、学习能力、人际关系能力、实际工作能力等是影响地方高校毕业生就业的重要因素。对此可通过加强专业知识素养,提升适应新环境的能力,增强学习能力,培养人际交往的能力,以及增加实际工作的能力等,逐步缓解地方高校毕业生就业难的问题。

Abstract:At present,the employment of local college graduates is a social problem in our country. Through behavioral event interviews,it is discovered that professional knowledge,adaptive capacity,learning ability,interpersonal skills and practical ability are important factors which influence employment competence of local college graduates. In the light of these factors,the following measures can be taken to deal with the difficulty of local college graduates employment: to strengthen professional knowledge,to enhance the ability to adapt to the new environment,to enhance the learning ability,to cultivate the ability of interpersonal relationships,and to increase the ability of practical work.
