| 摘 要： | 调查开封各灌区涵闸供水现状,对引渠清淤畅通保障机制进行分析研究。主张利用行政组织保障机制和灌区的积极配合,在花园口不同流量情况下,采取相应措施,保障闸前引渠畅通,提高开封各涵闸的引水能力,为开封沿黄地区经济发展提供强有力的保障。

| Abstract: | The author investigates the water-supply situation of every irrigation district in Kaifeng and analyzes and researches the guarantee mechanism of treating silt by approach channel.The author advocates to use executive organization guarantee mechanism and active cooperation from irrigation district.Under the condition of different flow of Huanyuankou,in order to keep being unimpeded of approach channel,improve the water-supply capacity of sluice gate in Kaifeng,supply the strong guarantee for economic development of areas along Yellow River in Kaifeng,some corresponding measures should be done. |
