高性能插齿刀的设计

摘    要:用“误差均衡法”通过优化计算修正插齿刀齿形角,研制出新的齿形修正算法下误差小耐用度高的高性能9°大后角插齿刀,并对用该种插齿刀插制的齿轮与用标准插齿刀插制的齿轮进行了试验结果的对比分析。

Abstract:The error balancing algorithm is used to modify tooth profile of shaping cutter, and a new shaping cutter has been designed with an edge clearance angle of 9 degree. By carrying out comparison experiments in gear making,we draw the conclusion that this new shaping cutter has high property.
