摘    要:采用模糊控制技术对双电动机驱动的带式输送机运输系统功率平衡进行了研究,设计了以主电动机和从电动机电流差及其变化率作为输人变量、以控制液力耦合器充油量调节时间长短作为输出变量的二维模糊控制器,采用双PLC控制,将数据处理与逻辑控制并行运行,提高了系统的实时性和可靠性。

Abstract:The authors adopt Fuzzy-control technology to study power balance of double-motor driving belt conveying system.A two-dimensional Fuzzy-controller is designed,where the difference of master and slave motor current and its change rate are inputs,and the oil adjusting time to control hydrodynamic coupler is output.The real time and reliability was enhanced with processing of captured data and logical control parallel running based on dual-PLC.
