| Abstract: | The essense of socialization of LIHL is to meet the needs of the development of market economy in abid to Inake a radical chang in the logistic managrial mode and operational mechanism. However, in the process ofthe development, such problems as managedal thinking, operational mechanism and system innovation have become in-creasingly prominent. To tackle this problem, reinforcing cohesion within logistic department to encourage system inno-vation is a must. |
