裂解炉对流段二次注汽过热炉管失效原因分析

摘    要:通过对发生腐蚀穿孔的BA-1104裂解炉对流段二次注汽过热炉管进行了宏观腐蚀形貌分析,对含裂纹部位进行了光学显微镜观察,断口进行扫描电镜观察以及对腐蚀产物的化学成分和金相组织分析,指出造成炉管腐蚀穿孔的决定性因素与操作温度及介质中存在的碱有关。进而提出了腐蚀控制与防范的措施,确保裂解炉的安全运行。

Abstract:In order to investigate the reasons for the corrosion leakage of convection tubes in ethylene cracking furnace BA1104,macro corrosive appearance of the convection tubes is analyzed,the cracks are observed by optical microscope,the fracture surface of failed parts is examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the chemical composition and microstructure of the corrosion products are also inspected.The results show that main reasons for the corrosion leakage of convection tubes are the temperature of convection tubes and alkali corrosion which accelerated the breakage of tubes.Measures to control and prevent corrosion of convection tubes are put forward to ensure a safe operation of the cracking furnace.
