| 摘 要： | 分析了消防执法办公系统的业务需求,针对业务特点提出了建立分布式系统的解决方案.介绍了办公系统中公文固定流程和自由流程的概念,阐述了系统中案卷和公文之间的关系.对在Web环境下分布式消防执法办公系统的设计与实现方法进行了介绍,讨论整个系统的分布式体系结构、数据模型和文档流.重点分析了在网络环境中使用.NET框架和Web Service通过SOAP实现分布式系统的过程,以及整个系统的数据库设计.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the business of fire company is analyzed and the solution aimed at building distributed system is presented. The regular stream and free stream of documents in OA system are introduced and the relation of document and case is exponded. The design and implementing of web-based OA system of fire company are presented. The architecture, data model and document flow of system are introduced. Using .net framework and web service in web, application to implement distributed system and the database of system are emphasized. |
