深小孔齿坯热冲孔研究和经济性分析

摘    要:深小孔齿坯锻件根据现有锻造工艺无法将内孔热冲成形,只能通过钻孔方式将孔内余量去除,随着该种类型齿坯市场需求量逐步增大,需开发热冲孔工艺缩短去除孔内余量的生产节拍.本文对深小孔齿坯粗车过程进行分析,得出锻件孔的最小尺寸要求.在满足最小孔径的情况下,最大限度减少孔的余量,对深小孔齿坯的热冲孔工艺进行研究,并对热冲孔过程进行模拟,结果与实际生产的结果相一致,热冲孔工序为先侧面无约束的复合挤压,后剪切过程.从孔的余量和工艺流程上分析热冲孔和钻孔的经济性,热冲孔方式去除孔内余量,不但可以缩短生产节拍,还可以大幅度降低与孔相关的费用.


Hot punching research and economic analysis of deep & small hole gear blank
Abstract:The rough turning process of the deep and small holegear blank has been analyzed in the text,and theminimum size requirement of the forging hole has been obtained.Under the condition of satisfying the minimum aperture,the hold allowance has been maximally reduced.The hot punching technique of deep and small hole gear blank has been studiedand the punching process has been simulated,the result of which is inaccord with the actual production.The hot punching process combines first sidecomposite extrusion without restraint and then shearing process.The economy of hot punching and drilling has been analyzed from the holeallowance and the technical process.The hot punching method eliminates the holeallowance,which not only can shorten the production time,but also can greatly reduce the cost associated with the hole.
