| 摘 要： | 采用波长为1064 nm的ns脉冲激光器作为触发光源,利用光纤分束同时触发四路并联GaAs光电开关.得到能够得到稳定的电脉冲,任意两路电脉冲的同步精度为48ps,满足实际应用指标.

| Abstract: | Using the laser of the 1064 nm wavelength of ns pulse as a trigger source,through the optical fiber beam splitting and trigger the four-way parallel GaAs photoconductive switch.The results showed that the synchronization precision of the output electrical pulse of four road GaAs photoconductive switch is 48 ps. |
