吉拉克凝析气田地面工艺技术

摘    要:吉拉克气田位于新疆轮台县境内,是中国石油塔里木油田分公司早期发现的高压、高产凝析气田,油气资源比较丰富,是“西气东输”工程的主要气源之一。在概述吉拉克凝析气田地面工程基本情况的基础上,详细介绍了凝析气的集输工艺、制冷回收轻烃和凝析油稳定工艺,并列出了单位能耗指标。经过多方案比较最终确定:①集气部分采用适当高压保温集输或加热节流后集输进站,合理利用压力能可以保证站内凝析气处理时最大限度的节能;②石炭系和三叠系凝析气采用分别处理的生产工艺;③合理确定丙烷收率为85%,既有良好的经济效益又可节约能源。该工程于2005年5月1~9日一次投产成功,已创造了可观的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:Jilake gas field lies in Luntai county, Xinjiang province, is a condensate gas field with high pressure and production found by PCL Talimu Oilfield Com. at early stage, which has rich oil/gas resource and is one of the main gas sources for “West—East Gas Transmission Project”. After describing the basic situation of the surface engineering in Jilake condensate gas field, the condensate gas gathering techniques, the light hydrocarbon recovery techniques by refrigeration, and the condensate oil stabilizing techniques are introduced in detail. Also, the unit energy consumption indexes are listed. By several programs comparing, it is decided: ① For the gas gathering part, the insulation gathering with high pressure or the choke gathering by heating should be applied before entering the station, so that the pressure energy can be utilized to maximum saving energy when the condensate gas is processed in the station; ② The condensate gases from Carboniferous and Triassic should be treated separately; ③ The ethane recovery ratio should reach 85% to get good economic benefits and save energy. The surface engineering project was successfully put into operation once on May 1—9, 2005. And obvious economical and social benefits have been made.
