| Abstract: | This paper begins with the concept of unit Criminal Offence. Then it demonstrates the problems concerning Unit Criminal Offence in the judicial practice, such as how to determine the subject of the Unit Criminal Offence, the criminal forms and punishment principles of the subject of Unit Criminal Offence. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding measures to solve these problems. |
