摘    要:通过正交试验分析了骨料种类、乳液和纤维掺量对水泥基珍珠岩吸声材料的容重、抗压、抗折强度、线性收缩率的影响,其中骨料性能是影响水泥基珍珠岩吸声材料性能的主要因素,选择吸水率低、筒压强度高的轻骨料,是提高产品内聚力、降低产品收缩值,防止产品开裂的最佳方式。在骨料材质一定的前提下,可以通过调试配方,如在配方中增加纤维、乳液等增加产品内聚力,同时选择适当的产品尺寸和固定方式,也可以有效防治产品开裂。

Abstract:The effects of aggregate types,latex and fiber concentration on cracks of perlite pore concrete were investigated with orthogonal experiment method,the results show that aggregate types is the more important causes on the crack,as the more press-tube strength and the less water absorption of light aggregate,the better adhesive strength of material.The influence of plate size and fixed method on crack have analyzed with single factor method on condition of the same aggregate type.It concluded that the crack ...
