| 摘 要： | 介绍了辽宁省调开发的一套基于Web的先进的调度日志管理系统。文中详细分析了系统的设计思想、结构设计、数据库设计、软硬件环境及具体功能,并展望下一步工作。该系统已在辽宁电力调度中心运行一年,规范了调度日志管理工作,为辽宁电网调度现代化管理提供了有力工具。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces one set of dispatching record management systems exploited by Liaoning Electric Power Dispatching Center.This paper details the system in engineering philosophy,structural design,data base design,hardware and software enviroment and concrete function, looks forward to its future work. This system had been applied for one year in Liaoning Electric Power Dispatching Center. This system greatly reduces working burden of the dispatcher, improves working efficiency, regulates dispatching record management, and supplys a strong tool for the modern management of Liaoning Electric Power Dispatching. |
