钢中非金属夹杂物异常光谱信号产生机理的研究

摘    要:采用金属原位分析仪与扫描电镜相结合的方法对钢中非金属夹杂物的异常光谱行为进行了研究。研究表明,夹杂物与基体界面的优先放电呈“扩散”性,并未导致夹杂物异常光谱信号的立即出现,说明夹杂物边缘优先放电不是导致夹杂物异常光谱信号出现的直接原因。通过对夹杂物局部富集程度的计算表明,在相同体积区域内某元素分别以夹杂态和固溶态存在时,夹杂态相对于固溶态有很高的富集程度,结合原子发射光谱分析中影响谱线强度因素的讨论,提出夹杂物异常光谱信号是由于夹杂物局部富集产生。

Abstract:Original position analyzer for metal and scanning electronic microscope were used to study the exceptional spectrum signal produced by nonmetallic inclusions in steel. In the initial stage of exciting, spark discharges went preferentially to the edge of inclusions. However, the discharges were diffuse and didn't lead to immediate exceptional spectrum signal. So exceptional spectrum signal of inclusion didn't directly result from preferential discharges of inclusion edge. Local enrichment degree of element in form of inclusion was calculated. When one element existed in form of solid solution and nonmetallic inclusion in the same region separately, the form of nonmetallic inclusion had a very high enrichment than that of solid solution. Factors which affect atomic emission spectral intensity were discussed. So local enrichment of inclusion results in exceptional spectrum signal of inclusion.
