45钢切削加工温度变化数值模拟分析

摘    要:基于金属材料塑性变形理论,采用有限元软件建立材料的切削过程模型,对二维正交金属切削过程中温度场和应力变形进行数值模拟仿真,得到正交切削过程中切削温度变化,同时切削力变化曲线说明仿真结果确实很好的反映了加工的变化情况。

Abstract:Based on the technology of elasticity and plasticity in metal material deformation,the finite element models are created by the use of FEM software to simulate the cutting temperature and the cutting force in two-dimension orthogonal metal cutting.The modeling results are the changes of the temperature,the change curve of cutting force shows the cutting characteristics in process.
