渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮变位系数极值研究

摘    要:在对齿轮传动原理研究的基础上,用变位齿轮无侧隙啮合方程、齿顶厚为零及重合度计算公式推导出单位变位系数和、单位中心距变动系数和单位齿顶高变动系数、最大变位系数和齿轮的变位系数求解公式以及相应的数表,为齿轮变位系数的分配提供了数学模型.

Abstract:This paper studies the principle of gear-driving,deduces unit modified factor and unit tooth depdh coefficient and gear's modified factor solve formula as well as mathematical forms in which zero backlash gearing theory and zero-tip tooth tkickness as well as contact ratio are used.Mathematical model is supplied to allot gear's modified factor.
