摘    要:土卡河水电站表孔坝段共有4个中墩,每个中墩长39.95m,宽4m,墩头为椭圆形,闸墩下游设置牛腿,牛腿宽2.4m,该闸墩采用滑模施工。由于受牛腿的影响,故滑模需3次滑升,即牛腿作为1次滑升,牛腿上、下再各分1次滑升,在牛腿处需要模板置换。浇筑采用通仓平铺,浇筑层厚30~50cm,每层平均方量50~80m3。该工程通过对滑模施工的精心组织,攻克了水利工程中长40m闸墩滑模的使用难题,也解决了滑模过牛腿的难题,为今后滑模在水工建筑物上的使用提供了参考。

Abstract:The surface hole section of the Tukahe Hydropower Station has four middle piers each with the length of 39.95 m and the width of 4 m.The head of pier is in the type of ellipse.The bracket support with the width of 2.4 m was arranged in the downstream of pier.The slipform construction was adopted for the pier.Due to the influence of the brack-et support,the slipform was lifted by three times,that is,one lift is for bracket support and another two lifts for the upper and lower of bracket support.The form plate should be replaced in the bracket support.The placement adopted the whole pouring method with the thickness of 30-50 cm and the average volume of 50-80 m3 each layer.The elaboration organi-zation of slipform construction solved the difficulty of slipform use of pier with the length of 40m and the difficulty of slipform passing bracket support,which could be used for reference in the slipform use of hydraulic project.
