汽轮机转子热应力在线监测的递推算法

摘    要:以往用解析法在线监测汽轮机转子的热应力需要确定放热系数和调节级或中压第一级后蒸汽温度,而且计算温度和热应力时需要大量历史数据,难以实现在线监测。针对这一难题,以现场可以直接测出的高中压内缸壁的壁温来模拟高中压转子表面温度,作为第一类边界条件,导出了汽轮机转子温度和热应力的计算公式,并根据其数学特点作出了其递推公式,为实现热应力的在线监测提出了便捷的方法。

Abstract:Based on the wall temperature of the high pressure and the intermediate pressure cylinder which can be measured directly on the field, the temperatures of the high pressure and the intermediate pressure rotor surface are simulated, then by using the simulation as the first kind of boundary condition, the calculation formulas of the rotor temperature and thermal stress are derived, and a recurrence formula is given It is a simple method for the thermal stress on line monitoring
