基于多agent的锻造生产工艺规划与车间调度集成研究

摘    要:为实现锻造生产工艺规划和车间调度的有机集成,提出基于多agent的锻造生产工艺规划与车间调度集成模型。通过分析锻造生产特点,运用非线性工艺规划思想,将加工、锻造和热处理分开考虑。该模型采用合同网协商和黑板结构,实现agent之间的信息交互。仿真实例证明了该模型的可行性,为调度系统提供了多工艺方案,增加了调度的柔性,提高了车间资源利用率和生产效率。

Abstract:It presents a multi -agent model for forging process arrangement and shop scheduling integration. With the method of nonlinear process arrangement, it combines the fabrication, forging with thermal treatment in- dividually according to characteristics of forging process. It employs the contract - net consultation and blackboard structure in this model to achieve information exchanges between agents. The model achieves high flexible scheduling, facility utilization and production efficiency, and is proved feasible in the simulation example.
