| Abstract: | With the continuously vehicle safety requirements and vehicle recall system for continuous improvement,how to achieve real-time production data acquisition and traceability management is a key link in the automobile production management.This paper describes the car engine assembly line production range of real time data acquisition,acquisition programs and system architecture,discusses the accuracy and completeness of the data storage method and shows detail about the data query,retrospective,statistical analysis,production management and information query utility function.It establishes the overall architecture of the car engine assembly line data acquisition and traceability system. |
