工作面过巷道高冒段综合支护技术的应用

摘    要:祁东煤矿6130综采工作面过机巷高冒段时,提前向高冒段巷道顶板及上帮注浆充填,待顶、帮稳固后,采用了工字钢棚对U型棚进行替棚的综合支护方式。随工作面推进,采用半圆木配合液压单体架设倾向棚一梁两柱,逐次替换工字钢棚。采用该支护方式,有效地支护了顶板,同时大大减少防治片帮、漏顶所使用的材料,取得较好的经济效益。

Abstract:When 6.130 working face passing top-coal caving region,the following comprehensive support system is used.Grouting filling to the tunnel roof and upper coal side in advance,then substituting h steel support for U type shed when the top and coal side have been firm.As the promoting of the face,tendency shed of one girder and two pillar set up with half round timber and single prop are used to replace the h steel support shed.By using the support system,the roof of working face is supported effectively and the materials to be used for prevention of coal slide and leaky roof are greatly reduced,which obtains good economic benefit.
