| 摘 要： | 对原始的Turbo编码体制提出了相应的改进方案，利用BCH码作为外码和原始的Turbo码级联形成扩展Turbo码，对高信噪比时的误码低限起到了一定的改进，并进行了相应的仿真，验证了所得到的结论。

| Abstract: | A development scheme is proposed in t his paper.The primitive Turbo code a re extended with the BCH code as the out codes.When the SNR is high ,the error upper bound is significantly low-ered.The simulation results prove t he conclusion in the paper. |
