| 摘 要： | 我国高校后勤社会化改革是一个较长的历史发展过程，经过分析和预测大致需要经过四个发展时期。即改革朦胧启蒙期（主要特征为后勤承包制）、改革快速推进期（主要特征为校内后勤剥离）、改革攻坚熟化期（主要特征为后勤实体法人化）、改革成型完善期（主要特征为后勤社会化保障体系基本成型）。

| Abstract: | The socialized reform of university's logistics of our country is a longer historical evolution. It needs to pass four developing periods roughly. Namely, the reform enlightment and expioration one (main characteristic is a logistic contract system), rapidly advanced one (main characteristic is that the logistics is stripped in the school). Ultimate and mature one (main characteristic is logistic entity legal person ) , shaped and perfect one (main characteristic is logistics socialized security system basic shaping). |
