弓长岭井下矿采场地压控制技术研究

摘    要:弓长岭井下矿-280m中段采场地压显现剧烈,高强度的金属拱架支护无法阻止地压的破坏,支护后巷道多处发生塌冒和钢筋变形失稳现象,严重地影响了矿山的正常生产。现场调查得出,巷道破坏形式分为三种:沿结构面拉伸破坏、沿结构面剪切破坏和片帮冒顶破坏。分析了巷道变形破坏的两个原因:矿体中存在多条横断层,岩体强度降低;绿泥岩节理裂隙发育,强度较低。揭示了金属拱架支护与破碎软岩复杂化变形的不适应性,论述了锚杆支护形式在井下矿的发展变革及实用性。在此基础上,提出适合巷道破坏特点的喷锚网支护形式,并给出参数。实践表明,喷锚网支护方式能够很好地解决弓长岭井下矿采准巷道破坏的问题,达到控制采场地压的目的。

Abstract:The ground pressure occurs violently in -280m middle section of Gongchangling underground mine and high-strength metal arch supporting cannot prevent the destruction of ground pressure along with collapse and deformed rebar which seriously affected the normal production of mine. Field investigation shows roadway damage is divided into three kinds: structural plan tensile damage, structural plane shear failure and roof-fall damage. This paper analyzes two reasons for deformation of roadway: many cross faults exist in ore body with the decrease of the strength of the rock mass; chlorite schist develops with joint fissure and low intensity. This paper reveals that metal arch support is not suitable for complexity deformation of soft rock and discusses the development and practicality of bolt support. On this basis, this paper puts forward spray the anchor net supporting which is suitable for the damage of roadway and parameters. Practice shows that spray the anchor net supporting can commendably solve the problem of roadway damage to achieve the goal of controlling the ground pressure.
