摘    要:介绍一种基于PCI8602数据采集卡的无人水面艇(USV)控制系统设计方法,硬件方面分为USV载体、岸基监控系统和无线传输系统,USV载体核心为工控机及PCI8602数据采集卡,它是通过数据采集卡控制直流电机和采集各类传感器数据,差分定位系统通过RS232串口与工控机相连,岸基监控系统由PC机组成,无线传输系统通过RS232串口与工控机、PC机相连,实现数据无线传输。软件方面可用Visual Basic编写,无需编写各层之间复杂的通信协议,各子系统之间易集成。最终实验结果表明,USV控制系统能够实时采集和发送相应测量数据,并且能够实现USV的远程控制。

Abstract:The design of control system for unmanned surface vehicle(USV) based on PCI8602 data acquisition card is introduced.On the hardware side,it is divided into USV carrier,shore-based monitoring system and wireless transmission system.The core of USV carrier is IPC and PCI8602 which installs in the IPC slot,in which through PCI8602 to control DC motor and other sensors,and differential global positioning system connects to IPC via serial ports of RS232.Shore-based monitoring system is composed of PC computer,and wireless transmission system connects with IPC and PC computer through serial ports of RS232 to achieve wireless data transmission.On the software side,Visual Basic is used to write programs,without write complicated communication protocols between each layers,integrating subsystem is easy.At last,the experimental results show that the control system for USV can real-time acquire and send data,and accomplish remote control.
