摘    要:介绍一种在传统磁粉探伤基础上,应用光学成象、数字图象处理、PLC控制技术实现的轴承滚子和套圈两套智化磁粉自动探伤系统的原理、组成、关键技术以及达到的技术水平。试验室考机及用户试运行结果表明,两套系统具有智能化水平高、自动探伤功能强、探伤速度快以及运行稳定可靠等优点。

Abstract:Two intelligent magnetic particle inspection systems for bearing rollers and rings were introduced including their principles, constructions and technical key points, in which optical imaging, digital image processing and PLC control techniques were applied. The results of test run showed that the systems were of high intelligence, high automatization, high speed and high reliability.
