管道中水垢的形成机理及清洗方法分析

综述了水垢的主要成分、形成原因及机理,阐述了管道水垢的清洗方法,展望了化学清洗剂在化学清洗中的作用.在今后的研究中,应继续提取、分离、加工高效的环境友好清洗剂,以此消除水垢对金属基体的腐蚀影响.

Process on forming mechanism and cleaning for water scales in the pipes

This paper summarized the primary component and the forming reasons and mechanisms,narrated the cleaning methods of water scales on piping,advanced the function for chemical cleaning inhibitors in chemical cleaning.It was showed that the new environmental friendly cleaning agents which were low-toxic,high-efficient and low-priced should be extracted and separated primarily in future and eliminated the corrosion effect for water scales to metals basal body.
