| 摘 要： | 我国工业锅炉控制自动化程度不高,其操作基本上停留在手工和简单模拟仪表操作的水平,操作人员不仅劳动强度大,还容易造成运行事故。文中介绍了一种工业锅炉自动控制系统,并讨论了系统的整体构成方案。将可编程序控制器与工业控制计算机相结合,制定出先进的计算机控制系统替代了传统的控制方法。根据这种控制方法控制系统,很容易被实现,并且将达到很好的控制效果。 |

| Abstract: | because the degree of industrial boiler control automation is not high in our country,the operation stays around the level of handicraft and simple imitate gauge operation basically,the operater labor strength is not only greatly,but also result in movement trouble easily.The text introduced a kind of industrial boiler to control system automatically,and discuss whole constitute of the project.It combines the PLC with industry computer together,the advanced controlling system insteads of a traditional control method.The realization is very easily,and will attain good control result according to this kind of control method control system. |
